I'm deeply grateful to be running an online business, surrounded by a community of like-minded, authentic people. This journey hasn't followed a straight line; it's been an unfolding journey of self-discovery, growth and purpose.
I'm an Aussie born, living in Queensland. I’m now entering a new season of life with my husband, Chris. With our daughter Teryn grown, it’s just the two of us at home, empty nesters embracing the space to reflect, reconnect and explore new possibilities.
We love spending time close to home, pottering in the garden (or in Chris’ case, the shed), and cherishing moments with family and friends. At the same time, our shared passion for travel keeps our bucket list growing, there's still much of Australia and the world we are eager to explore.

THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: After spending most of my career climbing the corporate ladder in health and customer service, I realised I was following in my father’s footsteps, hardworking, committed, and always putting in the hours for somebody else.
While those values served me in many ways, I was missing the very things that make life meaningful for me, rest, connection, and quality time with the people I love.
Eventually, I reached a point where I knew something had to change. I craved more than just surviving the daily grind, I wanted to live.
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BUST: Over the years, I dipped my toes into several businesses, drawn to the freedom of being my own boss and the idea of building something meaningful on my own terms.
I gave a few home-based ventures a go. I’ve always loved learning and diving into new projects, but each one came with its own set of lessons. I poured my heart and time into them. But at times, it felt uncomfortable, particularly around friends and family and financially, it just didn't add up.
Each time, feeling disheartened and worn out, I found myself slipping back into the 9–5. Until one day, I hit a wall. I burned out completely.
THE BOOK THAT LED ME TO SUCCESS: Stepping off the rollercoaster gave me space to breathe and for the first time in a long while, to actually think. That’s when the healing began.
Years earlier, my older sister had introduced me to personal development, but life always seemed too busy to dive in. This time, I stopped making excuses. I picked up the books. I listened to the audiobooks. Then one by one, it started to shift.

Through them, I began to understand myself in a whole new way. I realised the power of self-love and the importance of truly believing in myself.
It felt like I was finally waking up from a fog and starting to grow.
